Ride shares, public transit and rental cars are all easy and efficient in Chicago. On the wedding day, private shuttles will be available to take all guests from the church ceremony to the reception. It's about a 20-30 minute drive, and cocktail hour will start upon arrival. On Saturday, we recommend walking or ride-sharing to the church, taking the shuttle to the reception, and ride-sharing home at the conclusion of the evening, if you are staying downtown or near Chicago. For those who are local or plan to drive, there are commercial parking structures near St. James, e.g., Mag Mile Self Park at 110 E. Pearson St., right next door. You may consider booking in advance via SpotHero. Free and ample parking is also available at the reception venue. Please be responsible. All guests should allow additional time for parking and potential traffic delays when en route to the ceremony, despite the hotels' proximity to the chapel.
